Namaskaram, I am S. Radha Krishna Moorthy, a Rtd. English Professor,
a good part of my life has been spent in reading. And a great deal of joy in life for me has been the joy of reading. I read in English, French, Telugu, Sanskrit and Hindi. I read a good deal of fiction, but prefer poetry.
I read on a variety of subjects. I read much in the fields of literature and philosophy, Western and Eastern. I do a good deal of general reading too. (I have reviewed about 60 books on Business Management, Finance, Economics and World Affairs in journals.)
My major interest remains literature and philosophy. I have published poems and literary criticism in English and Telugu in leading journals. I have published a few books on the Upanishads and the Gita in English and Telugu.
I have just finished writing a commentary in English on the Gita with translation of the Gita text in English. The book may be out in a month or two.
